Enjoy our Scarlett’s Sunset with lemon on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

Scale

4 Tablespoons of Scarlett’s Sunset

4 Cups of hot water

1 lemon sliced or juiced

Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

Combine Scarlett’s Sunset and boiling water (212 degrees) in a heat proof container.

Add sliced lemon or lemon juice.

Let steep for 15 minutes.

Strain into a serving pitcher.

Sweeten to taste, if desired.

Place in refrigerator to cool or pour immediately over a cup of ice.
