1 1/2 Cups Duke’s Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 tsp Zipp Zapp Zopp

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 Cabbage head medium size, shredded

1 Carrot, shredded

1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped

1/4 Cup Fresh Dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, herb blend and black pepper.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrot, parsley, and fresh dill. Toss to combine.
  3. Let sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator, mix again, then serve immediately.
