Ingredients

¼ Medium Green Cabbage, shredded
¼ Medium Red Cabbage, shredded
½ Cup Carrots, shredded
½ Cup Cilantro, chopped
6 Scallions, chopped
1 ½ TBS Lemon Juice or Lime
2 ½ TBS Orange Juice
2 TBS Campagne Vinegar
¼ Cup Lemon Olive Oil
1 TBS Honey
1 tsp Voodoo Spice Blend
1/2 tsp Disco Heat Pepper Blend (optional if you’d like a little heat)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine cabbages, carrots, cilantro, and scallions.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, voodoo spice blend, pepper blend and sea salt in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Toss cabbage with dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour then serve and enjoy.
