4 lbs Wings
Rub
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBS Grizzly’s Herb Rub
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Morita Chipotle Powder
2 TBS Blue Tip Chili Powder
Sticky Asian Glaze
1 Cup Soy Sauce
⅔ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Honey
2 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TBS Ginger, fresh grated
1 TBS Sesame Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 tsp Yin & Yang’s Chinese 5 Spice Powder
1/2 tsp Disco Heat Chile Powder
Garnish

Instructions
- Cover all sides of the chicken with the rub
- Simmer the glaze ingredients for 5 minutes to reduce and thicken slightly. It thickens a bit as it cools
- Grill the chicken indirectly for 20-30 minutes before basting
- Continue to cook an additional 20-30 minutes, basting several times until the chicken is cooked through and the desired crust is achieved.
