1 15 oz can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

2 TBS Parsley, chopped
For the Dressing
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
